This action does not affect the conversion rate, as REM Vision Lab cameras with large-scale lenses do not impact the conversion rate due to their characteristics covering a vast area. However, if the person leaves the area for a while and then returns, they will not be counted, causing a minimal impact on the counting data.
Yes, you can set up an FTP location for the raw data to be sent to a dedicated location daily. Users can also view raw data for different periods and look at each camera separately. Using our API, we can directly query the data from the device.

Data Accuracy
The accuracy can achieve more than 95% in an ideal store environment. Our dedicated team-mates test the environment in the very first week of the installation. Our system generally adapts to the environment in a week.
Please remember the following detailed conditions to achieve good accuracy:
- The ideal ceiling height should be between 2.7 meters and 3.3 meters to ensure optimal accuracy of measurements. (For retail stores or such ones. For a fair area or an airport area, the optimal height is above those, approximately 15-20 meters.)
- Ensure that there are no swinging doors in the area, as they can interfere with the accuracy of the measurements.
- Avoid placing stock displays or baskets at the entrance, as this can cause customers or staff to linger at the entrance, affecting the system's accuracy.
- Do not hang any decorations from the ceiling, as they can interfere with the accuracy of the sensors or cameras.
- Maintain consistent lighting conditions to ensure accurate measurements at all times.
- Avoid using flooring with a mirror-like effect, as it can distort the measurement of human height.
