One of the primary challenges of electronic retailers is the optimum store layout design. As the others, MM wanted to identify their customers’ behaviors as they can do in online business. Beyond understanding the behaviors of customers, more in-depth knowledge about the store performance and conversion figures were needed. A contribution was needed to decide which booths were more attractive, whether the attraction rates and sales figures of the customers were correlated or not, and many more others.
